John Tuccillo is one of the foremost real estate economists in the United States. His presentations on the economic outlook, real estate markets and change in the real estate business are invariably witty, informative and accessible to both lay and professional audiences. His experience and counsel are sought out by major real estate firms and technology firms interested in entering the real estate space.
He was educated at Georgetown University and Cornell University, and holds a doctorate in economics. Dr. Tuccillo's book, The Eight New Rules of Real Estate, is a best seller and has been instrumental in shaping the thinking of real estate industry leaders as they approach the challenge of changing their business models. From 1987 to 1997 he was Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors. He now runs his own consulting business, JTA, LLC, specializing in strategic and business planning.
Dr. Tuccillo's clients have included Fannie Mae, Microsoft, GMAC, Prudential Real Estate Associates, Cendant, Kaplan College Online, Windermere Real Estate, and host of other large real estate firms. He is also on the Board of Directors for iProperty.com and 9keys.com, as well as a member of the Board of Advisors for Homebid.com and iSucceed.com.

Dr. Fred Flick has spent more than 20 years as an analyst, manager and association spokesperson. He has published numerous articles and made presentations on the economy and real estate markets. Prior to starting his own company, Flick was Vice President for Economic Research at the National Association of Realtors, a major trade association representing members involved in all facets of real estate.
During 19 years with NAR, he managed an economic research department ranging from 15 to 30 staff including economists, market analysts, survey researchers, editors,and support personnel. Prior to joining the NAR, he was an economist with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, D.C. While at HUD he worked on evaluation and impact analysis studies of FHA insurance programs, Ginnie Mae programs, congregate housing programs for the elderly and fair housing.
Flick has made numerous presentations to national Realtor and related trade associations and other organizations. He has participated on forecast panels for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, the Chicago Chapter of the Institute for Real Estate Management, the Construction Management Institute, Employment Relocation Council, the Carpet and Rug Institute, the National Association of Furniture Manufacturers.
Flick earned his doctorate from the University of Minnesota.
